• You may not use Forgeui Pro to create a competing UI kit, template library, or component pack.

Purchasing Forgeui Pro grants you lifetime access to all current content and future updates released under Forgeui Pro, including improvements, enhancements, and new additions, at no additional cost.

Forgeui Pro is a digital product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review all information carefully before completing your purchase.

• You may not share your access, files, or Forgeui Pro content with others.
• You may not publish Forgeui Pro as open-source or make it publicly available, free or paid.
• You may not remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

We reserve the right to revoke access and terminate your license if you violate these terms, including redistribution, resale, or misuse of the product.

All intellectual property rights related to Forgeui Pro remain with us. This agreement grants you a license to use the product, not ownership.

Forgeui Pro is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of the product.

Forgeui Pro does not include guaranteed support, maintenance, or response times unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Forgeui Pro after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a competent jurisdiction.
